Pentagon Group today announced that they have acquired the Vauxhall dealership of New Crown Sharpes in Nottingham.

In a statement released today, Group Managing Director Trevor Reeve said, ‘This is great news for Pentagon – New Crown Sharpes is a fantastic company with a professional and friendly team that’s known locally for its high levels of customer service. We’re really excited about the future of Vauxhall in Nottingham – especially with great new Vauxhall models like the Corsa and Antara on the way. It is our intention, also, to invest in the Vauxhall van operation which includes light and heavy vans.

He continued ‘On a personal note, I began my motor industry career at Sharpes Vauxhall in Nottingham in the 1960s so it’s great for me to come back to the city where I grew up. Pentagon has dealerships in Mansfield and Derby so we know the East Midlands’ area well, and we will continue the New Crown Sharpes philosophy of providing the people of Nottingham with excellent personal service and competitively low prices.’
